Orders placed after 9 PM will be processed on the next business day and delivered accordingly.

Free Shipping:
We provide FREE shipping on all orders across Kalwakurthy. 299 rs minimum order value required.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within the same day or within 24 hours of placement.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email within 12–24 hours.

Service Areas:
Next-day delivery is available in selected locations. For other areas, delivery may take 2 business days.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 1–2 times. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and reachable.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

Delays:
While we aim for next-day delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or public holidays.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a clear unboxing video as proof. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
